Payment

Final payment is required upon delivery of goods or services. In order to keep our prices reasonable and focus on customer service, we do not extend credit. We cannot bill you or your company, nor do we accept purchase orders. For your convenience we accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express and PayPal as well as checks and cash.

Pre-Payment

First-time clients may be required to put down a deposit to reserve studio time. Any custom duplication work must be paid in advance. Larger production projects that last longer than one day may require a deposit and progress payments. This will be specified in the contract.

Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee may apply for time scheduled and canceled with less than 24 hours notice.

Licensing & Copyrights

The Client is responsible for all clearances, release forms, and certifies all material given to Norwest Communications Inc. by the Client, is free from trademark and copyright infringements. Norwest Communications Inc. will certify that all material introduced by Norwest Communications Inc. is free from copyright infringements.

After payment for all charges is received by Producer, ownership of the program, video shot for this program, narration and custom graphic elements passes to the client. Library music, stock graphic backgrounds, stock and generic video and other generic elements remain the property of Norwest Communications Inc. or their respective licensors and are licensed for use only in this program.

Cancellations and Production Delays

While we make every effort to provide our services in a timely manner, Norwest Communications Inc. will not be responsible for cancelled sessions or production delays that are caused by equipment or software failure, failure  of electrical service, weather emergencies, illness, actions by police or civil officials, war or other civil disturbance, and any other events or actions beyond our reasonable control. In any of these cases, Norwest Communications Inc. will either refund any deposits paid, or finish the project at an alternate date according to the client’s request. In all cases, Norwest Communications Inc. will not be responsible for and consequential damages, and it’s liability will be limited to only any advance deposits paid on the production.
